Dan Alani is a London and Midlands-based photographer, filmmaker & DJ.
With over a decade of experience across culture, events, and music, Dan Alani’s work spans campaigns for brands including Coca-Cola, Spotify, Nike, Adidas, On and more, as well as major moments including Glastonbury Festival, the London Marathon, and the Paris Olympics.
His style is documentary at heart, built on an instinct for reading energy, emotion and rhythm, honed over years of working with artists including Harry Styles, Stormzy, Tom Grennan, and more. That same eye now shapes his commercial, portrait, documentary and wedding work, always searching for the moments that bring the viewer into the story.
Dan's filmmaking carries the same instinct, delivering video for brand campaigns across digital, social, TV and cinema, with recognition at the MUSE Awards and the Music Ally Marketing Awards.
As a radio presenter, Dan is a trusted authority on dance and alternative music. His work across Voices Radio, Reprezent Radio, and BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds show led him to being labelled "the best guide to new music in Britain" by Time Out London.
As a DJ, Dan is renowned for getting any party started. His sets have taken him to festivals including Glastonbury and Love Supreme, and to venues including Shepherd's Bush Empire and KOKO. He also performs for commercial and private clients at award-winning venues including Sea Containers, Trinity Buoy Wharf and Huntsham Court.
